HOW DO I REGISTER FOR HOME BOARDING AND DAY CARE?
LET'S CHAT
First of all, we have a chat over the phone to discuss your requirements and you can tell me about your dog.

MEET & GREET WALK
Next, we arrange a 'Meet & Greet' walk at a nearby walking location where we can talk some more, and I can see how your dog interacts with you, and with my dog. If I already know you from the park and we see each other when out, we can skip this step.

HOME POP IN VISIT
After this, we arrange a very short visit to my home (normally in the garden), so that you can see the property where your dog will be staying. This is normally just half an hour. At this stage I will send out a registration form and service agreement for your to complete and sign.
TRIAL DAY OR STAY
Assuming that we are all happy, we book a trial visit (day care) or a trial overnight stay (home boarding). For home boarding, we can begin with a day visit before an overnight stay if you prefer, this might give you more confidence that you dog is happy and settling in my home. Trial bookings are chargeable, the prices are shown on the Services page. During the trial visits, I assess your dog to make sure that they are happy in my house and on walks, and that they happy around the other dogs. I go through the activities of a normal day to see how your dog gets along.

POST ASSESSMENT
If all is well, we can then go ahead and accept bookings from this point. Home Boarding is very busy, so book ahead, especially in the school holidays. A deposit is required to hold your space for home boarding.

MEET & GREET AT YOUR HOUSE
I visit you at your house to meet you and your dog. We can take a brief walk from your house if we feel it is required, and you can show me where things are for when I collect and drop off of your dog. At this stage I will send out a registration form and service agreement for you to complete and sign.
TRIAL WALK
We arrange a walk for your dog with a safe and suitable group to make sure that your dog is happy in the vehicle and mixing with the other dogs. The trial walk might not be one the regular day and time that you would like, as I want to use the very best dogs in the group for a trial walk. Trial bookings are chargeable, the prices are shown on the Services page.
